The 24.1 acre Coto Equestrian Preserve is located in Coto de Caza, a guard gated private community in Orange County, California with roughly 15,000 residents. Coto de Caza means “hunting preserve” in Spanish.

Coto Equestrian Preserve is preserved as an equestrian use forever through a recorded Equestrian Use Preservation Easement which runs with the land.

Coto Equestrian Preserve boards about 150 horses and its training facilities with 6 riding arenas including the Covered Arena, Grand Prix Arena, and Dressage Arena.  For those that love trail riding Coto Equestrian Preserve connects to 47 miles of equestrian trails trails through the Coto de Caza and adjacent wilderness areas.
