Dear Supervisor Barlett,

I support the downzone of the 5.1-acre Merryhill commercial side site to low-density residential for 13 semi-custom lots which will result improvements of $2 Million to the 24.1-acre Coto Equestrian Preserve (formerly Coto Equestrian Center) including the new Plaza Barn, hunt & Saddle Lounge, decomposed granite roadways & parking, and landscaping, and new entry and sign., and new roof on the iconic Heritage Barn and Covered Arena.

After eight years, the many supporters of Oak Grove deserve a public hearing.
